On-Door Inspection Policy
On-door inspection is allowed upon delivery. However, avoid keeping the courier waiting for too long.
If the order is incorrect, damaged or missing items, youmay refuse to accept the shipment.
Once the order is accepted, and you give the courier the acceptance code, the item is considered delivered in good condition.
If you refuse to accept the shipment for any other reason, kindly return it to the courier in good condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and pay the shipping fee only.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size only.
The exchange fee differs according to your location.
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
If an item is missing tags, shows signs of wear, or usage, we reserve the full right to refuse the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
